My defsounds brotha’s can u tell me how many new up coming mc’s in the game that’s better than drake, or any other mc’s that’s already big in the industry?
Alot of u guys already know a few mc’s that are really good, but will never get a chance to shine so i ask why?
You can have the skills,topics,subjects, and just a strong vocabulary all together, but still go nowhere with it.
So i say is it fare to them for puttin in so much work, for them to master their craft, and end up at the same point from where they started at?
Is it really the A&R’s fault having hip hop the way it is today, for not choosing really good mc’s?
Some of these new young dudes is mad hungry, ready and willing to rip any nigga on the mic, but will never get the chance to.
You can be on a label and still don’t drop, like joel ortiz and next thing u know u get dropped off the label.
It’s all about quantity not quality anymore and that’s sad that it has to be that way.
If u don’t know anybody who know somebody in the industry, good luck homie cus u have alot of grindin to do.
In your hometowns there are good mc’s and some of them get sign, but where they be at after that deal?
You want them to put your city on the map and hope they blow up, cus it feels good when u can see somebody u kno coming out reppin for your city.
Some of these niggas won’t get heard, cus some fat muthafucka’s in the industry ain’t sharing what’s on the plate.

If u kno the right people thats willing to work with u and also respect your craft, mad props to them cus they are one of the few people in power that’s bringing back quality material.
Niggas need to stop being greedy and let some of these nice mc’s in the game (THAT GOT SKILLS)eat.
Mad props to the niggas that’s ceo of their label, letting niggas eat, by givin them the opportunity to shine when they do deserve it.
Some mc’s in the game that have ceo power don’t won’t you to shine even if u are a better mc than them.
The game can get really dirty and money has alot to do with it cus it can change a person fareal.
I can only hope and pray to see a jada kiss album, or a slaughterhouse album reach platnium status one day, which will never happen.
So that leaves me to say like i said before it’s who u know not just how good you are in this game.

singles tracks on defsounds all have over 20 comments while most of the other dope shit gets around 5 to 10 at the fuckin most,cause it doesnt matter if we like them or not THIER FUCKIN FAMOUS,thanks to thier labels marketing.So when the culture gets as exploited as it is now,it becomes a business instead of an artform.When that happens companies look to gain prophit through quantiy and saturate the market with cheap second hand products that the masses will buy in bulk.Thats why you will see a stark difference when you compare the consistency of the major label albums to the independant albums.I hear every one and thier mama talking about how dope bp3 and relapse were and all types of reviews on all these hiphop sites.But no one has mentioned the fuckin heaters that were released this year from brother ali,skyzoo,fashaawn,tech n9ne,royce and shi stimuli just to name a few.The independant game is on smash right now but hardly any1 knows where to look cause no one is telling them.Wtf???
