I always hear about mos def or how emniem ripped that cyhper at the bet hip hop awards, but barley hear about black thought which really ripped that shit too. Even when u guys talk about who’s the best or who’s in your top ten list of best mc’s in the game black thought don’t be on that list at all damn! I forget myself sometimes that black thought is one the best mc’s in the game, and that’s fucked up on my part. I believe that he deserves alot of credit for the work he put in through the years, but alot of people forget about him until that one diehard roots fan bring his name up and then they be like "yeah black thought nice but lil wayne the king of rap".
I mean that’s cool if some people feel that way cus hip hop has new young fans anyway.
